Molly (she/her) seeks to understand the complicated relationships between people and their environment and find sustainable solutions to the problems that arise from those connections. As an analyst, she summarizes data to communicate meaningful insights, implements engagement strategies, and promotes organizational change.

Molly has a rich, interdisciplinary background that includes experience developing and implementing sustainability engagement and education opportunities at all levels of an organization and performing sustainability and spatial analyses. She holds an M.S. in Environmental Science from Villanova University and a B.S. in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina.

Her experience includes leading and coordinating sustainability ambassador groups within a hospital system and conducting greenhouse gas inventories decarbonization planning across various sectors. She excels at managing ongoing utility data tracking to identify opportunities for data-driven action. Recently, she developed a sustainable procurement guide for AZA members designed to meet the specialized needs of zoos and aquariums while making purchasing decisions.
